The braking curves are fixed — you can't make Juice or E steeper or shallower. What you can drag: the initial speed (up/down), the time you apply the brake (left/right), and on graph 3, the time you initiate the E brake along the juice curve. The dotted band handles (left edge) move the ideal-speed window. The hatched box marks your window to initiate steering input.
